Nurse's guide to a Good Living

Summertime is here where everyone looks after this season to relax and enjoy but it seems as though there is never enough time in the day to get everything done where busy buddies like nurses can not even treat their selves to a beauty salon to rejuvenate.

I remember my nurse friend Jodi who is working in a hospital in Ohio who frequently thought of giving her self a salon treat for a total make over especially this summer season where the weather is at high temperature yet her busy schedule does not allow her to do so. I realized that my pal needs a vast idea to guide her though how busy she is yet can still manage to do beauty regimen and become fashionable, looking fresh and young indeed.

Without hesitation, I highly recommended to her one great idea I have discovered where it could be of great help for all the nurses like her on how to deal properly with their health, beauty and fashion, work, love and even news and entertainment this summer season.

The Scrubs magazine is a perfect guide for nurses towards good living since it presents reliable ideas and information about health, beauty, fashion, work and love that intends to help nurses to be in their good shape all the time.

This is the perfect website http://www.scrubsmag.com/?utm_source=B, where nurses can pick good summer fashion ideas from Top Hollywood costume designer Katie Sparks who made stars like Liza Minelli, Portia de Rossi and Mark Harmon to shine even more with her best choice of clothes designs. In addition, Ms. Sparks also share her top picks for summer scrub wear and what is good here is you can ask scrub questions plus when you send a photo of yourself in scrubs she may pick you for a personal style recommendation which you can read in the upcoming articles.

What is more interesting topic that nurses should not miss in Scrubs is the article on tips shared by an award winning journalist Anita Bruzzese  about good grooming, looking young and beautiful even at the height of combating a crazy workweek.

My friend Jodi was delighted to know about Scrubs and expressed her gratitude for recommending her this great website http://www.scrubsmag.com/?utm_source=B. Now she is confident that throughout a busy and tiring job, juggling for her time but still it allows her to find ways on how to wake-up looking refreshed upon learning some tips like being clean by using oil of Olay and ponds before going to bed since wearing make-up in bed causes pores to clog, letting toxins to penetrate deeply. Moisturize face at night by trying RoC Deep Wrinkle night cream. Sleeping right is also recommended, it is much better for your face if you sleep on your back. Sleeping on one side too much—or on your stomach—can lead to more wrinkles. To avoid morning eye puffiness when fluid collects in that area, either raise the head of your bed several inches or sleep on a couple of pillows. Be kissable. As we age, our lips often become dry and lined. When brushing your teeth, give your lips a scrub, pat dry, and then apply a lip treatment like Carmex.Tame stray hairs. Nothing makes you look older than ungroomed eyebrows or those chin hairs that would make a Billy goat proud. Plucking and depilatories often cause redness, so grooming at night lets your skin calm down by morning.

The story shared by Megan Gilbert made Jodi realized that it is important to keep yourself presentable all the time by wearing right lipstick, keep it in your scrubs pocket and reapply throughout the day. Some patients are so attentive as to how you present yourselves. Take note that your faces are the physical focal point for patients you are treating.

Nurses are also inspired of Karon Gibson an RN who received bunch of compliments from her colleagues and friends when she turned her dark-black hair to pure blonde that accordingly made her looks younger. Karen’s realization of being beauty conscious on nurses made her think that they look very different than women in other business ventures.

So combat the stress from the heat and humidity of summer season,  choose Scrubs as your guide to a good and wonderful living.
