I've been a radio disc jockey for thirteen years and I handled different programs with different music genre but honestly I, myself can attest that many of the radio stations here in our place have limited library of music. Radio disc jockeys find it difficult to secure copies of the hits from 1950's, 60's and a little from the 70's.
Yes, I also love to do golden oldies collections but the limited access of locating the hits barred me from doing so and I am very happy to know that there is this website 991.com which is the world leader in rare and deleted records, cds and music memorabilia . It is also home to the ‘one you haven’t got’, the missing piece of your collection with nearly 7000 pristine vinyl LPs and singles lovingly stored and looked after for over 50 years.
The Weston Taylor collection covers, 60s & 70s originals, beat, pop, psych, mod, freakbeat, northern soul, prog, rock and jazz - 90% of the 45s are demos, the LPs are factory sample or review copies.
So, this is the answer to music lovers, radio stations and anybody who would like to collect music from the fifties. Thanks to the so called guardian of this amazing discovery of Weston Taylor of his large collection built up over the years and passed down. This will be of great help.
Please try to visit this site http://991.com/Buy/PresetList.aspx?pageID=9858. for the complete list of Weston vinyl records collections.
